Clearly Legal is a CLE-by-podcast platform offering courses approved by the Tennessee Commission on CLE and nearly a dozen other states, with more to come.
Clearly Legal courses are delivered as audio podcasts ranging from 15 to 60 minutes in length. Video podcast courses are in the works.
Anyone can listen to any of our courses for free. But if you want CLE credit for listening, you’ll need an active subscription.
A Clearly Legal subscription includes automatic reporting of continuing education hours to the governing body. All that’s required of you is to listen to a course and click a button confirming that you want credit.
Clearly Legal offers courses in all practice areas, often drawing on current events and pop culture to create more engaging content.
💯 We also have courses about stalkers, shakedowns, Michael Oher, and lots of other topics that lend themselves to interesting, engaging, and educational content.
Definitely not — you don’t have to be a lawyer to join our faculty. We talk to all sorts of professionals and ask questions that lawyers will find helpful in their various practice areas. To be a speaker, just click here to fill out the form, and we’ll get you on the calendar. There’s no preparation required. We do all the work and make the experience way more fun than speaking at a standard CLE. (We admit that bar is pretty low.)
After you appear on the show, we’ll send you a link to your episode that you can add to your website, share on social media, send to colleagues and referral sources, or do whatever your marketing requires. That’s our way of saying thank you for sharing your expertise and insights.
